Art Frames started in Tawa in 1976 then moved to the site it sits now next to Moore Wilson's in 1984.

Art Frames has become an established and reputable picture framing business which has been servicing the Porirua, Tawa and surrounding areas for decades.

Carolyn is an award winning photographer who has worked in the Picture framing industry for over 20 years, She is a self confessed ‘frameaholic’ and enjoys every part of the framing industry especially meeting new clients and seeing the finished result.

Paul started his career in the woodworking industry making furniture as a chair and frame maker, woodworking machinist. He later moved into hospitality where he ran a successful bar and billiards until the Christchurch earthquake in 2011. He has been in the Picture Framing industry for 9 years.

We moved to Wellington in 2016 with our now 10 year old daughter, we love Wellington and all it has to offer for families and professionals alike.

Having taken over Art Frames in November 2025, we look forward to continuing the growth and history of this long established business.
